General Information

PARENTS TO KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING :

Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of merit.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interaction/admission test.
The number of admissions will depend on the availability of seats.
Registration or shortlisting of a candidate does not guarantee admission to the school.

AGE CRITERIA - As per CBSE guidelines and the National Education Policy (NEP) - 2020, and in accordance with the directions of BEO/DEO, Haryana :

GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION :

Online Registration:
The registration form must be filled out online by clicking the link available on the school website: www.dpskarnal.com.
Mandatory Fields:
All fields in the admission form are mandatory and must be completed before submission.
Documents to be Uploaded:
Parents are required to upload the following documents before submitting the form:

For Classes Nursery to 6 CBSE and Cambridge:
Birth Certificate, Parents' Aadhaar Cards, and passport-size photographs of the child, father, and mother with a white or red background.
Note: Selfies or casual photographs will not be accepted.
For Classes II to IX:
Report cards of the previous three classes, Aadhaar Cards of the student, father, and mother, and passport-size photographs of the child, father, and mother with a white or red background.

Registration Fee:
A one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹2000/- will be charged at the time of online form submission.
Syllabus for Admission Test:
The syllabus with common entrance test will be sent to the registered email ID/whatsAPP after the duly filled registration form is received.
Form Verification:
Please review all entries carefully before final submission. Incomplete forms will be automatically rejected.
Communication of Schedule:
Parents will be notified via Email/whatsAPP regarding the date and time for the interaction.
Visit to School:
On the scheduled date, parents must visit the school along with their ward(s), carrying the hard copy of the registration form.
Confirmation of Admission:
A confirmation message regarding admission will be sent to the parent's registered email ID/whatsAPP after the interaction/admission test.

DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION :

Birth Certificate (Original)
Issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
Note: For students seeking admission to classes Pre-Nursery to I, the original birth certificate must be deposited with the school.
Transfer Certificate (Original)
Required for students seeking admission to classes II to VI.
In special cases, the Transfer Certificate may be submitted within one month of the confirmed admission.
Photographs
1. Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
2. Two passport-size photographs of each parent.
Proof of Current Residential Address
Any one of the following documents may be submitted:
Passport / Rent Agreement / Electricity Bill / Landline Telephone Bill / Lease Agreement / Voter ID / Ration Card / Aadhaar Card.
Aadhaar Cards
Photocopies of the Aadhaar Cards of the student, father, and mother.
